Small Business Subscription
The Small Business Subscription is designed for up to 3 users, typically 1 admin, 1 creator and 1 approver. Creators can record new invoices, Approvers approve the invoices for payment, and Admins have access to all functionality.
There are no additional charges. This allows you unlimited vendors and invoices.
14-Day Free Trial
You start with a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until 14 days have passed and you are able to cancel your subscription before the 14 day period expired at no charge.
Clicking one of the options below will take you to a screen to record your credit card details. After that you will provide information about your company and you will be set up as an Admin. You can then create new users and can specify what role to give them (Admin, Creator or Approver). New users will receive an email and can then begin using Approve2Pay.com.
Monthly subscribers are charged $24.99 per month following the 14-day free trial period. (coming soon)
Annual subscribers save 20% and are charged $239.88 for the year (average cost is $19.99 per month) following the 14-day free trial period. (coming soon)
