Export Approved Invoices
Export Approved Invoices invoices if you initiate payment through Quickbooks or if you need to track unpaid invoices as open accounts payable for financial reporting.
Export Paid Invoices
Or export paid invoices if you make payments directly from your bank or by other means and don’t need unpaid accounts payable in your financial reports.
CSV Export File
Choose to export only invoices not previously exported to prevent duplication, or generate an export file with all invoices if needed.
Designed to work with Quickbooks Online, the files is formatted as CSV and can work with other systems. The export file contains the Vendor name, invoice number, amount, description, invoice date and due date.
