Printable forms are generated for the payees and state returns. Export electronic files for the IRS to be submitted on the IRIS Taxpayer Portal . For more information on 1099s, please refer to the IRS Website or your accountant.
Only invoices marked as paid will be included in the amounts reported on 1099s.
Electronic Filing Through IRIS
In special circumstances you will need to manually append these files:
- If you withheld federal or state taxes on these invoices
- If you made sales of $5,000 or more to the vendor
- If you have a FATCA Filing Requirement
